About the Event
Join the CCBU Advisory Board at their 1st Community Meeting on Tuesday, July 7th. We are calling all advocates and organizers to meet and discuss the current work that you are doing or would like to do in an effort to unite forces and create more effective change. "The 3 E's" - Economics, Education & Empowerment, each serve as pillars of our Union's foundation as we strive to break generational curses in those areas. An overview of CCBU will be given followed by opportunities to share and to present your tactics and ideas. The overall goal of this meeting is to network and to brainstorm ways in which we all can be the most efficient as we strive to increase self-sufficiency within the African-American Community of Cumberland County.
